HOMECOMING 2007
"Marooned”
The Maroon Cup Competition was started by the Homecoming
Committee in 2000. The purpose of the competition is for
Registered Student Organizations to participate in events
throughout Homecoming week to accumulate points. At the end of
the week, the RSO with the most points wins the competition and
a years’ worth of bragging rights.
In 2004, the Homecoming committee started the Golden Goblet
Competition, which is much like the Maroon Cup Competition. This
competition is meant for groups who would like to participate in
fewer Homecoming events.
